Charlotte Elizabeth Idleman

Charlotte Elizabeth Idleman, 77, of Biglerville, PA and Pasadena, MD, passed away at home on January 5, 2023. She was the loving wife of Raymond Idleman Jr. for 58 years. Born January 3, 1947, she was the devoted daughter of the late John and Emma Nieberlein.

Charlotte co-owned Northern Bay Environmental Systems, Inc., an HVAC Company with Ray for 43 years. She was a loving mother and grandmother, who was also known as a “mother to everyone”, accepting and caring for so many over the years. She belonged to several dog clubs and her favorite hobby was dog agility. She traveled all over the country competing with her daughter Nicole and her GrandDobes, and her Shelties Raven and Torrey. She was just beginning a journey with her rescue Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Buddy. Charlotte also enjoyed country line dancing, spending time with family, playing cards, singing karaoke, and watching her grandsons play sports.

In addition to her husband, Ray, Charlotte is survived by her son, Raymond C. Idleman III and his wife Sharon, daughter, Nicole Idleman Bailey, grandchildren Ray IV and Ryan Idleman, sister, Kathleen Dunn and former son-in-law, Josh Bailey. 

She was preceded in death by her brothers John and George Nieberlein.

Funeral services are private. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
